TRINH CONG SON MUSIC NIGHT IN SINGAPORE “Noi Vong Tay Lon – A Tribute to Love & Peace”

A tribute concert dedicated to the legendary composer Trinh Cong Son took place in Singapore, drawing a large audience of the Vietnamese diaspora and international friends.

The event was organized by the Embassy of Vietnam in Singapore in collaboration with the family of the late composer, set in an intimate and deeply moving atmosphere.

Notably, the evening welcomed diplomatic representatives from numerous nations—including China, Portugal, Italy, Turkey, the United States, Japan, the Philippines, and Thailand—creating a vibrant space for multicultural exchange.

Conceived and staged by Director and Choreographer Tan Loc, and hosted by MC Thuy Minh, the concert brought together a lineup of renowned artists: vocalists My Linh, Duc Tuan, Tan Son, and Cece Truong; saxophonist Tran Manh Tuan; the Arabesque Vietnam dance troupe; alongside the Vinh Tam Band. Together, their performances intertwined into a soulful, emotionally resonant musical space imbued with the distinct philosophical depth of Trinh Cong Son.

Speaking at the event, the Ambassador of Vietnam to Singapore, Tran Phuoc Anh, shared that the concert served not only as a moment to remember and honor a master composer, but also as a platform to amplify profound humanistic values—love for humanity, the aspiration for peace, and unity among nations.

The concert also offered a meaningful bridge for the Vietnamese community in Singapore to connect, nurture, and share their love for their homeland, particularly for the younger generation born and raised abroad, while offering a graceful introduction of Vietnamese culture to the international community.

“Nối vòng tay lớn – A Tribute to Love & Peace”

Đêm nhạc tưởng nhớ cố nhạc sĩ Trịnh Công Sơn đã diễn ra tại Singapore, thu hút đông đảo cộng đồng người Việt cùng bạn bè quốc tế tham dự.

Chương trình do Đại sứ quán Việt Nam tại Singapore phối hợp cùng gia đình cố nhạc sĩ Trịnh Công Sơn tổ chức, trong một không gian ấm cúng và giàu cảm xúc.

Đặc biệt, đêm nhạc có sự hiện diện của các đại diện ngoại giao đến từ nhiều quốc gia như Trung Quốc, Bồ Đào Nha, Italy, Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ, Hoa Kỳ, Nhật Bản, Philippines và Thái Lan, góp phần tạo nên một không gian giao lưu văn hóa đa sắc màu.

Chương trình được dàn dựng bởi đạo diễn, biên đạo Tấn Lộc, dưới sự dẫn dắt của MC Thùy Minh, quy tụ nhiều nghệ sĩ như các ca sĩ Mỹ Linh, Đức Tuấn, Tấn Sơn, Cece Trương, nghệ sĩ saxophone Trần Mạnh Tuấn, đoàn múa Arabesque Vietnam cùng ban nhạc Vĩnh Tâm. Tất cả hòa quyện tạo nên một không gian âm nhạc sâu lắng, giàu cảm xúc và đậm chất triết lý đặc trưng của Trịnh Công Sơn.

Phát biểu tại sự kiện, Đại sứ Việt Nam tại Singapore Trần Phước Anh chia sẻ: việc tổ chức đêm nhạc không chỉ là dịp tưởng nhớ và tôn vinh một nhạc sĩ lớn, mà còn lan tỏa những giá trị nhân văn sâu sắc — tình yêu con người, khát vọng hòa bình và sự gắn kết giữa các dân tộc.

Đêm nhạc cũng trở thành cầu nối để cộng đồng người Việt tại Singapore gặp gỡ, nuôi dưỡng và lan tỏa tình yêu quê hương, đặc biệt đối với thế hệ trẻ sinh ra và lớn lên nơi đây. Đồng thời, đây cũng là một dịp ý nghĩa để giới thiệu và quảng bá văn hóa Việt Nam đến bạn bè quốc tế.
